Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role focuses on building long-term relationships, ensuring successful strategy implementation, and helping clients achieve measurable business outcomes.
You will work closely with consultants and leadership teams to maintain alignment, track performance, and ensure every engagement delivers real value.
